Samantha Grose is the owner and principal designer at Oak & Arrow Homes. With a degree in architecture plus a life-long love of art and design, she brings a unique perspective and a fresh approach to the world of renovations. (Plus, as a mother of two wild and fun boys, she’s well-versed in juggling all the things.)

From your initial in-home consultation to the final reveal, Samantha is focused on tailoring each design detail to you and the way you live. She loves a layered approach to design, fusing different styles and architectural elements to create rich, livable spaces.

Christina Brant
Design + Production Manager

 

From your first connection to the project wrap up, Christina keeps every detail front and center. Our client liaison and project management specialist, Christina has a special knack for translating contractor language into client communication — and vice versa — so everyone’s always on the same page.

Her most impressive superpower? She makes project management look easy. Scheduling contractors, coordinating meetings, and knowing exactly who to enlist for every stage of your project. She understands and respects everyone’s unique talents and skills, bringing the best people together for the best results, every time.

WADE BERHOW
project manager

With over  25+ years experience in the home building industry, Wade puts customers first and is passionate and invested in every aspect and detail of the build. He works with subcontractors and homeowners to achieve the best results during the build and provides detailed scheduling and weekly updates to our clients. 

Fun fact about Wade? He owns and operates a 40 acre horse boarding property with his wife of 20+ years! They have a 14 year old son who keeps them busy with horse competitions and hockey!
